NON ISSUANCE OF TOP-UP PINS

Sir,
My User Id was 283528 with AdPlus4U company, thereafter I have deposited Rs. 12, 000/- for purchase of 04 more pins/top-up pins in their Account no. 016905008888 in ICICI BANK Branch Parle point, Surat 0n 25.03.2010. But till date they have niether issued any to-up pins nor any reply. The said company take over by Goadway Comany and Goadway company issued only user id No. GAF02R2938, but silent about Rs. 12, 000/- or issuance 04 more pins. I have repeatedly remind ADPLUS4U company as well as GOADWAY compay, but no response received so far.
