Non disconnection of data card

I have requested to your customer care for disconnection of data card no 9307910596 as i was moving out but i am receiving bill every month and every time they are adding amount. Today again i have received a bill for Rs.766.95 Bill No.is 342149870356 dated 5th Feb.10. I am again requesting you that please disconnect my data card and settle my dues against deposit.
