Eturn of service charges

I purchased a Godrej refrigerator on 20th June and it has one year warranty period.for some defects i register a complain on 1st June at Godrej customer care. But they did not attend my complaint. When I gave a second complaint on 22th June they told me that my 1st complaint is closed for not finding my proper address and the second complaint will be charged as it is out of warranty period.and they attend the second complaint on 29th June and charge 900 for service. After that i received a message from Godrej that my complaint is attended and service charge is nil.so why they didn't attend my first complaint and after taking 900 from me, why the message came as service charge is nil.i want my money back.
