Fraudulently charged extra, cheating

Sir/ Madam,

I booked three return tickets today from goibibo.com, in good faith/trust, but while I checked back with the airlines immediately afterwards, the rates were much lower at the airlines (AirIndia), including child concession was not passed on to me... the call centre showed its inability to help/refund excess charged! Forget about the gimmicks & so called "discounts" advertised at the site, I was charged much higher than the airlines prices...
