I had invested Rs.1000 in1995 in golden forest india limited and got post dated cheque of Rs 34.000/ which is matured in jan. Though I deposted in bank, I have been advised that this will bounce because this organisation is no more existed. I have the deed paper and photo copy of cheque. What should I do now?
