Non- payment of invested money

Dear sir,

We 3 persons of the relation had invested money in Golden Forest India ltd. The details are mentioned below:-

1. Miss Seema Chhetri

D/o Late Mohan singh Chhetri vilage- Chanderbani Amar Bharti, P.O- Mohebbawala

invested Rs. 10000.00 vide receipt no.97/49367 dated 18-9-1997

2. Mrs. Anita Rana, w/o B.B.Rana, C/O Sh. H.B.Rana, BPM Subhas Nagar, P.O Clement town, Dehradun

invested Rs. 4800.00 vide receipt No.RU/ 97/20910 dated 13-6-97

3. Mrs. Anju Rana, W/O of Shri H.B.Rana, C/o H.B.Rana, B.P.M. Subhas Nagar, PO-Clement town

Dehradun Uttarakhand

invested amount Rs. 2400.00 vide receipt No. 99/ 4645

Supremem Court of India had constituted a committee of Chairman Golden Forest Indi Ltd.main buildinng, V&PO Zharmadi via Lalru Chandigarh Ambala National HIgh way-22 Tehsil Derabassi Distt. Patiyala Punjab. This committee published a Public Notice in newspaper and advised to submit orginal documents for claim to the said committee for refund of the money.

we submitted claim and sent applications to Chairman Committee vide registered letter dated 6-1

We also wrote our complaint to Prime Minister of India but no reply. We wrote to Member of Parliament late Manvendra shah and his personal secretary Mukesh kumar sent us a letter vide no. IPC/04-05/650 dated 28the December for acknowledgement of the complaint.

IRONY IS THAT STILL WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR INVESTED MONEY.

So you are requested please make efforts to get refund of our money from Golden Forest India Ltd.
