I have invested of Rs 9500 under receipt no.98/ 115428 dated 28/10/1998 maturity date 28/3, Rs 500 receipt no.94/LS/8934 dated 01/03/1995 and Rs 5400 vide receipt nos.RU/98/33981 dt 25/6/1998, 98/z2/530088 dt 21/9/1998, 99/Z2/686652 dt 24/12/1998, 99/Z2/178584 dt 16/4/1999, 99/Z2/285736 dt 23/6/1999, 99/Z2/459814 dt 07/10/1999, 99/Z2/562620 dt 20/5, 00/Z2/184277 dt 01/6 maturity on 11/6, on the name of Umakant s/o Mr. Laxmi Narayan by Zone-2.

In addition to this Rs 12000 invested vide receipt nos.RU/98/33980 dt 25/6/1998, 99/Z2/178583 dt 16/4/1999, 99/Z2/459813 dt 07/10/1999, 00/Z2/252213 dt 22/8, 00/Z2/562619 dt 20/5 maturity on 11/6 on the name of MS. Geeta W/O Umakant by Zone -2

Till the date, I have not received my amount. I have submitted all original receipts and post dated cheques on 08 Jan by regd AD-3283/611 in the office of the committee GFIL (appointed by supreme court of India) Village Jharmari Distt. Patiala. For this I have received acknowledgement receipt dated 31 Jan. So you are requested to help me to receive my Amount as soon as possible. Office address is as under.
