Could not get invested money refund

I had invested amount Rs20, 000 ingolden forest company pvt ltd. two cheques bounced respectively in years and awaiting now coming year 2012 could i get my invested amount refund? i had produced four times cheques in bank but each time cheques bounced and amount deducted from my acount.
