Non Payment of money on Policy maturity

I have deposited Rs.- on 22/10/1994 in the above company's name & subsequently a policy certificate including maturity date had been issued to me. My account no. 01/9/LSC43608, D/Plan No.16/10, Maturity Value & date- 22/10 & Rs.20000/- . But till now neither I have received any massage/information from the company nor my maturity value.
