i would like to write you that i have a golden forest ltd policy which i had taken in the year of 14-12-1996 policy no-171164271 of 10000 for 5 year.consideration amount rs 30000 will be refundabl after maturity and in advance they had issue me a cheque of state bank of patiyala of Rs 30000 also but after pass some year company decleared as spelled out from india.

inview of above you are requested to advice me how can this an amount will be refunded to me as soon as possiable.
