Respected Sir,

I am Mrs. Maloti Gogoi working as an agent at Golden Trust Financial Service. 1 year ago, when my agent code was 022524379, I transferred my branch from Dibrugarh to Sivasagar. Since then, I have made a business of Rs 2, 79, 000 but my rank still remains the same i.e 02. Whereas the juniors who were under my business chain have been promoted to Rank-03. I have complained about this matter to both the Branch Manager of the branches i.e Dibrugarh as well as Sivasagar. But they are not giving any importance to my matter, they just says to go to that other branch and enquire there. The money that i have to receive after making the above stated amount is being transferred to someone else account.

My request to you that kindly take necessary action and check why I have not received the agent code and inform me via e-mail.
