On 3rd January I participated in Goldsafe quiz show. They put me on hold for 43 minutes and did not speak to me at all. Next day morning there was Rs.520/- debit charges to my mobile account. My request is that you are there to protect our rights. I need to get my refund. It is a fraud show and I do not know why you have not taken the action against the concerned companies and all the channels who are broadcasting these. You are requested to please get me refund on this.
