Internet not working since 1 month

Hey my airtel broad band connection is not working since 1 month.i have been calling at the airtel call center ut my complaint is not registered yet..this horrible.i ve been using internet since last 3 yrs n i have 2 connections. pls look into the matter as soon as possible.
