Housing Loan interest reduction notice

I got housing Loan in HDFC Home loan division on 7.7.2008 at a interest rate of 10.25.Then it goes to 11.25 and now I am in a interest rate of 10.75.Whenevere there is a hike in interest percentage i will receive a letter from Bank stating the interest rate increment and the increased EMI amount due to RBI interest rate point increament. I saw advertisement of SBI about 8% interest rate for 2 years and I want to change my loan to SBI bank. One day I called to Loan dept. of HDFC home loan division of Pondicherry branch for my proposal of changing loan to SBI A/C. They told that this option is also available in HDFC.Then I asked ' you are informing about the increased interest percentage but why should you have not informed this offer to me? They replied " you only should make call to the loan dept. onece in a month to know about thesse kinds of Dear HDFC bank customers, Pl. think about it. Don't we have any work to make monthly a call to Bank. They only should inform us .they will not inform to you because it is a loss to Bank.my kind request to all people who are all reading this blogs is 'Pl. don't go HDFC bank for any reason, It is a worst, Cheating bank. Eventhough there is a laps in systems in Nationised Bank like SBI, Indian Bank& Punjab Sind bank it is better to make dealings with these banks.this is not the one to make me to bluff like this .many more is there. Spread this message to all.
