i need a cast cirtificate so i went to behat tahseel, and applyn for that but the lekhpal of my area (THAPUL ISMILPUR, BEHARIGARH) Mr Tyagi refuse to farward it with out money.approx 2 months passed but i have no cirtificate till date. pls take necessary action and proceed for my cirtificate
