Car Loan proposal denied

Hi,

I am a gazetted officer under the kerala govt working in Palakkad. I had applied for car loan in the SBT Alathur branch on January 4. After waiting for 2 weeks when I approached the bank for knowing the loan status, he behaved very badly instead of giving details of the loan status. He shouted at me telling that it is none of my business to interfere in there bank matters and is not will to share it with me. His behavior towards me was very much hurting and asked me to leave the room. He shouted at the securities to drag me out without giving a consideration of a woman. The people in the bank gathered around the cabin and he brutally insulted me in front of the crowd. He threw my documents (i submitted) on my face and shouted that its his wish to work on the loan and is not willing to sanction mine.

He behaves the same to the other customers who approaches him. It shows his basic character of being short temper. But according to me this behavior is not at all fit for a person who has to deal with the public and hence have to be removed from that post. Because of his ill treatment, my long time dream of purchasing a new car is pending and i had to approach another branch for the same. Authorities please do the needful and take necessary action against this person.
