I am a govt teacher &my salary account in SBI Jharia bazar. My A/C NO-010746195203.I want to take a personal loan (about 4-5 lac) for purchase a land (about 3.5 decimal). I meet to senior manager many time but he is not interested to give loan to me. I cannot understand the cause? I am needy person.please help me.
