Non-payment of gratuity arrears

I retired from the services of the Handicrafts & Handlooms Exports Corporation of India Limited, Noida on 31.7.2008 and was paid gratuity of Rs.3.50 lakh. Now the Govt. of India has increased the ceiling of gratuity to Rs.10.00 lakh w.e.f. 1.1.2007 for PSU Employees. The Company is not paying me the arrears of gratuity. The Company is under the Ministry of Textiles, New Delhi.
