DOUBLE DEMAND OF USAGE

Respected Sir,

I have my own house situated at Nadiad. My mother staying alone. In month of January-12, my mother was not present at home. A man from G.S.P.C. visited the house for billing purpose. Due to unavailable of any person at home, billing person made a bill for minimum usage of 10.169 and amount of Rs.150/- I paid the same amount without telling anything. Now I have received the usage bill for the month of January-February without deducting the previous bill usage which was totally wrong. Starting meter reading is shown as per bill of November-December bill i.e. 321 as starting and ending 345 and use of Gas is 22 units. I visited the Nadiad office for clarification. But they gave me answer that I have to pay the amount as per bill. My mother is depend on his family pension and it is to hard to leave simple life in this time. Please help me and my mother for this problem.
