Misbehave /Misconduct refuse to give petrol at pump

Dear sir,

I am regular & old user of HP petrol pump & always taking petrol from your pump because you are known for quality service, but on 15.05.11 I have get miscunduct /misbehave at one of your petrol pump in east Delhi that is G S service station Jheel khurenji East Delhi 92. I have visited the same pump at night 8.30pm the sales person Mr Bijender He refused to give me petrol (due to some unavoidable condition my vehicle get stop at some point) & i have left my 2 kids in my vehicle & gone to the same petrol pump to by fuel in a cane but sales person said as per company policy he can not give fuel i have to take my vehicle & get the fuel filled in the same vehicle. The same i get mentally torchered & gone some where else to buy fuel. This incident has forced me to write to you. In the mean while i would like to request you to do the needful action.
