On 31.10.10 at 2-3 pm I went to your service station NAgpur for complain of button and battery back up front service engneer witaut looking to the record of gaurentee cover of laptop he denied for giving me service as the purches of laptop is of two year old since the bank has purchesed the laptop withe gauentee of three year

after convincing to see the record he agreed that this Laptop is under gaurentee period

I asked him to give me qoatation of battery

and requested him to giver back the laptop by evining

but he refused to do so and i requested him if can sent it to my office by late eving as earlier been done for minor complain of Laptop.

and asked me to come on 11.30 am on 1.11.10, I requested him that I have to attained office by 9.30 am and your office opence at 9.00 am plz hand it to me at 9.30 am he refused to do so

I have to suspend my all further work up to 11.00 am

I feel very bad that as man of fromt office changes service delevery is also changes

O/K but He said that this your companys rule thatyou can not delever the lap top by early morning it is after 11.30 am only It is very stringent rule for customer company should think over it for conveniunce of customer after all comany is for cusumers oterwise who will come to you?

plese change such rule give some consideration to us.

your front line engineer him self asked me to make complint as i asked him for this sugession.
