Courier Not delivered - irresponsible answe

The Courier was booked on Monday. Still it was not delivered to the client. I have spoked to the courier persons, they told after 3 days that the area is not in service. We have delivered through GMSEXPRESS courier. Still i have spoked to the erode Branch manager he told me to change the courier service. Still i have not reurned the courier yet to me nor to the client.

Wat to do to the irresponsible activities, answer from the courier persons.
