About personal insaurance in HDFC

Dear Sir,

My name is Sachin Gupta from Malerkotla (pb.). I have a complaint against HDFC bank. The Bank Manager whos gave us a plan in hdfc life policy. he came with his employe in our office. then they gave us a plan. then we got agree with them. but we told him to surrender this police after one year and they said ur money should come in ur office. u have no need to go there for collect the money..we said ok if it is possible then it is better. after one year what we see the both employee had changed from that branch to other branch. but we dont know where they are. now if we ask from the new manager and from there employees then they said we dont know abt them. we are requesting to take the form for surrender my policy from the bank then they said we'll give u and 1 month has been passed they are not co-operating with us. they are makeing us fool. we want to know about him and m very dissappointed from this bank. i really very upset sir. even we have a proof they wrote on our policy broucher that this policy should be end in may end. but now they said ur policy has been SAP. u'll have to pay the premium. if u dont pay or want to surrender this policy u'll lose so much money. so i want to complaint against this bank and against the staff of HDFC bank in malerkotla Branch. the staff is very frod sir. they said what and do what we dont know about that... only one thing i want dear sir that is INSAAF. thanks
