Areares of sixth pay commission not received

I had requested Asst. Br. Manager State Bank of India Treasury Br. Margao-Goa vide my letter dated 3rd june to forward my request for the payment of the arrears & benefits pertaining to the sixth pay commission but till date no response to my letter has been received so far although it`s nearly 3 months since the date of my request.

I would appreciate if you could Kindly take this matter seriously & expedite the same without further delay.
