Wrongly Charging

Hi,

I am writing the complaint for GVK/ MSE Pvt. Ltd..for parking in mumbai international Airport, I had just parked the car for less then 8 minutes but the official person charged me extra for 20 minutes & when i agrued with him he spoke to me in a slag language, I think airport authority needs to take care of these activity as its an prospect issue for the country...
