Transction failed. Could not get the ticket and Money deducted from the a/c

Dear Sir, on 04/06 while booking the ticket from Eranakulam to Kurla Terminus for train no 12224/LTT ERS DURONTO for 13/06. The transaction was failed & could not book the ticket, however an amount of Rs.2435/- deducted from Bank of India A/c as i couldn't get ticket and did not get any information through the system nor sms. I want get the refund for the same amount. The ticket was for Jos Alia Vezhail for Ist Class.

please do the needfull and refund the amount as fast as possible.
