Taking money with out consent

Dear guys if any of you have this problem

Plz go to this site (http://www.pgportal.gov.in/Grievance.aspx) and lodge a complaint by selecting the Telecom Department, they will call you and ask you regarding this problem and will take action immediately. My problem got solved with in 3 days and they even refunded the money and sent a warning message to Handygo regarding this.
