I have a saving account of in your bank since 4-5 year old.one day i visit in your bank about deposit money in my account.your banker asked me you have a offer of a car loan amount 750000/-.then i submit my document to your banker.i have received a message on my mobile DEAR CUSTOMER YR APPIN OF AUTO LOAN A/C NO.15859198 FOR A HYUNDAI ACCENT GLE IS APPROVED.OUR REP. WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY.REGDS HDFC BANK T& C APPLY.on dated 21-12 time:-11:22:54.so i have purchased a car hyundai 1-10.after 10 day i have call from mr. rajiv arneja (executive) bank rejected your loan.then i visit in your auto loan brach mall road.there mr. vikram butani met me.but he talk with me very badly.i apporach mr. bhullar, but now he had not receive my phone.then i apporach mr. sumit chaudhary but not responce me.pls solve my problem.thanks
