Sir,

Respectfully it is submitted I am saving account holder in Haryana Gramin Bank, Jindal Chowk branch at present D.C. Colony Chowk vide Account No. 808001 00066104, named Ajay Kumar Garg. On 02 August I go to bank for withdrawing some money form account and take a new cheque book because last cheque has finished due to withdrawing money. I have on single time applied cash withdrawing and cheque book request. Cashier Smt. Veena Mandan has given money and request for one minute she comes back, but she has not come bank upto half hour. I could not understand why she has requested for one minute. I contacted to Manager but he could not under stand why and where cashier is gone. He told he don’t know. After this I requested to cheque book issuing person please cancel my request I have no more time for this work. He told me there is no need to cancel the request. You come other day for cheque book.

In the last I can not understand there is any other work for cashier to issue cash and cheque book on duty time. You also verify with recording of bank camera’s how many time cashier work on seat. I want take an action against cashier as well as manger.
