Extra charges and agitating behaviour of Bus Conducto

Today (on 23.09.2011), I'm travelling in bus having no. HR47 3806 (i.e. from Katra-Rewari). I have got the bus from Shahabad Markanda for Panipat. When I pay charges for the bus he charged the ticket from Ambala to Panipat instead of Shahabad to Panipat i.e. charged extra for 20km. When I query him, he speak in agitating manner and said I haven't call you to travel in this bus, you must pay for extra charges otherwise, you can descend from this bus in the midway, when I have crossed 1 or 2 km. At present I'm in this you must take strict action against this types of conductors.
