Dmat and trading account

I am supposed to be a classic customer of HDFC bank ltd, on persuasion by their representative and assurance that we will get privileged services, decided to open dmat and trading account with them. The same came into operation in April. I astonished and frustrated on disastrous operation of these two accounts and response in resolving my grievances. It is surprising that even after four months of having open my account, I've not been able to operate online trading even for once. Their representative visit to us and trying to operate the account also failed. You'll call up their customer care and you're in for endless waiting spending escalating your telephone bill. The worst that could happen, after lot of hit and trials we bought some shares of a company a week back, confirmation number given, when tried to sell at a higher price were told that the share has not been allocated to us even after the lapse of one week. This resulted in the loss of almost Rs 11100. I have no idea where to go and recover the loss. Also, I am unsure if the same is happening with many people like me. Is somebody in HDFC listening? Please, reimburse me for the loss I faced.
