New fan not working

I've Purchased one Havells fan just a months back, which is installed in my village house at medinipur (east). I've spend 1350/-for it, whereas there are soo many company producing there products in a very less price range. So what is the use of purchase a havells fan by spending more money???

At the moment the Fan is completely in a death mode, and it is so tuff for me to bring the Fan again by travelling 180 K.M. Up & down to get it to the service centre.

So would like to request to the company to assist me how the isue will short out.

Plz revert back soon.
