Not received relieving letter & PF Numbe

This is to bring to your notice that I worked with HBL Global Pvt Ltd from Feb to Feb Still date I have not received my relieving letter?

I have submitted my resignation letter on 20th Jan before my relieving date 21st Feb which is approved and countersigned by my manager on 21st Feb (Manager - S. Murali Shankar - RM - Ecode S1541)

and the same had been sent to H.O - Mumbai along with the exit check list by Chennai - Business Banking department

if you needed, i will forward the copy of the resignation letter and exit check list for your reference

Please look into the matter and revert back asap as I need to produce these documents in my organization and confirm with whom I can be contact for resolving this issue (please provide me email id also)
