REGARDING Salary

I am Amandeep Singh. My Employee ID is A19954. I was working in HDFC bank under HBL (Offroll). My working period was 24 may to 12 july but i have got only one month (june month without incentive) salary. I have also intimated my boss about my resigning but he had given false information ahead to head office and i had not got my incentive of june and 12 days salary and they had not given my PF yet.
