In pune HBL home loan employees not get confirmation letter as they are working in sane co. from 4, 5 years. In their appointmtnt letter HR clearly mentioned that they will give confirmation in writing.
Also peoples not getting equal apraisal because they are not buttering there bosses.
Is our HR is sleeping, without finding performance they are doing there silly jobs.
