Pf not recieved till date

i had worked in HBL Global PvtLtd in chandigarh in Loans against securities deptt. from jan to sep 2006. I Recieved my relieving letter alongwith the PF documents. I filled up the PF form and returned it back to HBL but till now i have not recieved any information from yor side. My mentor was Mr kamal kant at that time.i am nownot aware of my PF no. also as in the payslip only PF No.-40226 was printed. My Employee code was M0224 and COST CODE-5010. My employee code was HBL/AP/N/16408. As the office is closed i was unable to contact them. i request you to kindly look into the matter and please get back to me or at least give me some details as how should i go about it.my e-mail id is mitbisht@yahoo.co.in
