Tds not getting till now

Dear sir/ madam

i am Fazlur Rahman s/o Mr. Mohd. Idris

i was retainer in HCL infosystem on a project CIPA .

After completing this project i am not getting any TDS cerficate.

When i call to hr and other responsible person they are not giving any satisfactory answer

they said mail to h.office, i mailed but after completing 6 month no any good response

please help me to find my TDS certificate
