Tds not getting till now

Dear Sir / mam

i am Fazlur Rahman

i was a retainer in HCl Infosystem Ltd. On a project CIPA.

Company deducted our salarys 10% every as a TDS, but after completing

this project our TDS not return.the project has over in December

but till now i have not getten any TDS Certificate.i talk to HR, B.M and also in H.O.of company

but no any positive response..

Please help me to getting my TDS
