Vendor Payment delay

Dear All HR Consultants,

Here i want to share our horrible experience with you, so that you will be careful when dealing with such companies.

HCL Technology a well known brand in Indian IT industry is one of the most trouble payer in the industry with regards to HR Recruitment Vendors.

HCL Technology has not paid to its vendors from Jan. As we checked with many other vendors (of HCL Technology) they also expressed the same, and some informed that some of them are stopped working with HCL as lots of payments are pending and from last 5-6 months.

As we speak to the people inside, they are telling us that there is shortage of funds, as quarterly target needs to be achieved for the company.

Even after sending at least 25-30 emails (and calls) the responsible people fail to even reply or to respond to our emails.

With the information given by the people who are suppose to release payment, HCL Technology is facing the serious trouble.

Suggestion: If you are a new HR Consulting company/agency and wants to work with HCL Technology, please do not waste your time and effort as its totally waste.

The people who speak so much in the media, about their company, why don't they cross verify the claims? The company automates its clients, why can't it have a simple process in place?

Is the Title real???

in any case avoiding HCL Technology is better for candidates and vendors.
