Ude behaviour and not returning of the file by sales person

We had submitted mortgage loan application file of Mr. Shahi Menon about 20 days back to your sales person Mr. satya - his phone numbers - 9172238123 & 8097465783. The application was declined by the credit department. We asked Mr. satya to return back the file and he promised to return back the file within a day or two. since last 12 days i am trying to contact him and he gives fales promisses or not lifting the phone.

i want the company to take disciplinary action against him and return back the file.
