HDFC NEFT TRANSACTION

With reference to transaction id HF1006200032

I made NEFT transaction from HDFC A/c No.02771140056315 for lic cfredit cards (4628470005552004) MAD payment Rs 671.21 on 3rd March.

However i made a similar payment on 1st March and the amount got reverted to my account on same day hence i opted to pay once again through NEFT (HDFC) as stated above.

Eventually the money not credited in my credit card (4628470005552004) neither it reverted to my HDFC A/c.

Lic Customer service informed that they dont accept any NEFT transaction apart from Coporation Bank NEFT.

I had a word with HDFC and as per their records the same amount has been debited successfully from my HDFC A/c

I am unable to understand where is the conflict

Need your assistance and coordination ASAP.
