On 23rd August around 10 a.m., i went to withdraw cash in hdfc bank atm (manicktala branch).my account no is 20001837889 of SBI. When i tried to withdraw an amount of RS 5000 .THE ATM didnot dispense the cash nor the text slip, instead showed that transaction time is over.then i went to an sbi atm.there i checked my balance an saw that Rs.5000 have been debited from my account, so i am facing problem by this inconvenience. Hope my problem will b processed soon.
MY MOTHER IS VERY ILL AND I AM IN GREAT PROBLEM WITH THIS INCONVENIENCE. PROMT ACTION IS APPRECIATED.
