SB ACCOUNT/TRANSACTION CHARGES

Sir, i had a savings account with hdfc bank, recently i deposited some amounts daily in my hdfc bank home account, after 20 days i observed that an amount of rs, 110.30 was deducted for each day of transaction totaling nearly 1200 rupees was deducted by hdfc bank.then i asked the bank people, without informing me why your people deducted the money from my account, they told as per the guidelines of rbi there should be only 5 deposits of cash in sb account, after 5 transactions in every month there should be the deduction.is it fair that i deposited into my account in home branch attracts deduction.without informing me, what is the meaning of sb account.from that next day i shifted to corporation bank, which was a scheduled bank and no such deductions are there.in axis bank also there is no such deductions.please look into the matter.
