Non refunding money that wasnt withdrawn from ATM

I have performed transaction of Rs 5000 (using HDFC debit card) from Kotak mahindra ATM centre but i have received only Rs 500.There is compliance of Rs 4500 that i havent received from ATM but HDFC bank is denying to pay remaining money and providing the reason that we have received valid log from Kotak ATM.I am not able to know why HDFC Bank is providing different stories for not receiving money back. My complaint no is 262081 which they have closed witout my notice and i also have logged online complaint whose refrence no is HBL=013-151-739.I am also not able to know that a person who is performing lacs of transaction per month wont make a fake complaint for just Rs 4500 . I WANT TO MAKE PEOPLE REALIZE THAT THIS TYPE OF MISTAKES ARE ALSO MADE BY HDFC BANK.Please contact me on 7498119912 if any help can be done from HDFC Bank side as this is the only choice left with me, i have tried all other options.
