HDFCBANK SNACH AWAY THE HARDEARNED MONEY OF THE SB A/C HOLDER

I have just retired from the service of PWD dept. Govt. Maharastra. During the year Hdfc bank lured the MSRDC officials to open salary a/c of their employees. On compulsion, I had to sign the a/c opeing forms as the disbursement of salaryin the office was stoped and direct credit to the bank a/c was introduced. Hence, my SB a/c no.01131050000601, cust id-1573720 was opened on 26/02. My salary went on accumulating in the bank as there were not much withdrawals to meet the household expence which was taken care by my husband from his earnings. The evil eyes of the bank officials fell on the credit balance of Rs.536097.76 on 13/01.They continuosly visitted my house and convinced me and my husband to open demat & trading a/c with them and they would manage our port folio etc. occationally we used to receive tele calls informing the gains in the a/c due to share trading.we were very happy. On19/05/06 the bank officials came home and requested to deposit Rs.100000/- in the a/c to aviod a posible loss and we did it. Now on retiring, I find my bank balance is less than a lac and all the enquires started. It is learned that there was a share trading terminal inside the bank and on shifting it out from the bank as per the RBI directions, the PMS official fail to clear the F&O positions which I have never heard, and all my A/c balance of Rs.7 to 8 lacs were washed off!!! All these I came to know only when I managed to ge an a/c statment from the bank. Earlier there were no access to the details as there is no passbook or statement in their system. Hence Kindly look into the matter and make good my losses of Rs.8 lacs by ordering the HDFC BANK to refund the amt. they have fradulently snached way from my a/c.and they earned as brokerae.
