Clearance of my Cheque

Under signed has deposited a cheq amounting of Rs. 2650/- Cheq no. 265620 dated 7th March to be transfered to HDFC account 01342320000014 (Labour Law Reporter Delhi) at Kalanahar HDFC Branch near collectors office Bandra Easte Mumbai. Till date the cheq is yet to be cleared.

As the amount transfer was within the same bank it should have been done within few minutes.

I tried calling customer care but they did not reply as per the satisfaction of mine and i had to press hard to register my complaint with HDFC Bank (HDFC Complaint No. MUM 250066)
