Deduction of amount without any notice and pathetic service

Hi Sir,

This is regarding the patetic service from HDFC Bank, I have opened the account some 2 years back and i havent recieved the online transfer facility till now even after repeated request to branch in sarjapoor road bangalore. On top of that bank has deducted almost 2000 rs till now without intimation. these 2000 includes like minimum balance charges and so many other charges. for all these i have not recieved any notifcation or intimation that they are deducting the money.
