HDFC Bank
No Due certificate

Dear Sir,

I used HDFC credit card 517635100325117 from 2005 to 2006 Jan.in the month of jan i didint receive statement so i could not pay the balane amount.

When i called by HDFC agents for collecting the outstanding and the payment which was very mach heigher than my uses. So requested to have settlement and than the amount of settlement was worked out Rs. 56000 on six installment than i arranged 6nos post dated cheques. but they didint utilize on time.

they demanded more amount 3000 to clearup i paid but still they have not provide me the no due certificate and my name is appearing in cibil report.
