Complait agains employee

Dear sir,

I have been instructed by my client sh. Bharpur Singh son of Sh. pritam singh and his son kharakdeep singh resident of samrala distt ludhiana to bring in to your notice the complaints against your manager of branch samrala distt ludhiana namly jaswinder singh.

1. Tha my client kharakdeep singh having an house loan account with your bank at branch samrala bearing number 05422970000144. my client regularly paying the instalments and is ready to return the entire loan ammount along with interest regarding which my client contected with dealing head namly jaswinder singh and asked about the record of full account.but dealing head told to my client to deposit the entire amount and assures to my client that he will provide him the full record/statement with in 1 or 2 days. that beliving him my client deposited entire amount. after 3, 4 days my client when my client again contected him regarding the record of above mentioned settelment than he started giving one or the other excuse.thatw hen my client again contected him to provide the details of account of above mentioned loan then he started mis behaving with my client and threatened openly that he will not give any record to my client as there is some mistakes in the record and is not proper and up to date.that due to this behaviour of your employee my client engaged his own accountant and gave him details of the amount deposited by my client with your bank under the above mentioned loan account, then after inquiry my client astonished to know that your employee jaswinder singh, have illegally by breaching the trust of my client, played fraud with dishonst intention just cheat my client and charged

rupees 10, 000/- in excess. thats why he is not properly behaving and threatening to my client.

That it is also necessary to bring in to your notice regarding the misappropriation of one another agriculture loan account number OD/29/08018040001612 in the name of Bharpur singh and his son kharakdeep singh regarding which your above mentioned employee took rupees 15000/- in excess.

That my client several times contected with the branch head but gave an untolerabla response by saying that i can not do any thing wiht it. u contect with jaswinder singh. then my client again requesed to jaswinder singh to furnish to my client the full record of above mentoined acconunts. this time he abused to my client in the bank premises a said u r an illetrate so con not do any thing to me.

Then my client issued legal notice to your above mentioner through counsel regarding settelment of above mentioned mis appropriations. but after receaving he did not give any reply to the notice issued to him throughcounsel which shows hia act and conduct.

he further threatened that this type of cheating he has done with various prro farmers.

now throug this complaint i request u to look in to the matter failing which my client have no other option ti launch civil and criminal proceedings in competant court of law.
