HDFC BANK, BYE PASS, KHARADI, PUNE
NOT GIVING PROPER SERVICE

I went yesterday for making DD but their one member is not present and on DD we need his signature i wait for 2hrs but he not came. And today i send my son to collect DD because i m not feeling well and i talk to one member of their bank he said me they will give DD to him but after going there they are not ready to give DD.They start demanding my signature.then i decide to close my account in that bank and i ask for account closing form but they again not giving me form. I not happy with their deal and all staff are not doing proper work.
